About the Role
As an Associate in the Restructuring Group, you will work as part of lean deal teams, building complex financial valuation models, performing detailed credit analysis, and preparing client discussion materials. You will engage in research and due diligence, generate ideas for new business opportunities, and monitor financial information to produce forecasts. Additionally, you will mentor analysts and build a network in the restructuring community.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of investment banking experience, or an MBA.
- Ability to lead and oversee analysts in the preparation and analysis of presentation and transaction materials.
Preferred:
- Restructuring or related relevant experience.
- Prior work experience with accounting, financial and market data, databases, or analysis tools (Factset, CapIQ, Bloomberg), Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong financial modeling, finance, valuation and accounting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Benefits
- Base salary range of $185k–$225k.
