Summary
Kinaxis is seeking an Associate Solution Consultant to join their team in Irving, TX. The role is designed for early-career professionals and recent graduates excited to begin a customer-facing consulting career in supply chain planning.
About the Role
As an Associate Solution Consultant, you will participate in customer business requirements discovery sessions, perform solution configuration activities, deliver training to end users, and support data management and integration activities. You will also develop an understanding of supply chain industry trends and ensure customers obtain business benefits as captured in their business cases.
About You
Required:
- Recent graduate or early-career professional with less than 3 years of relevant work experience.
- BS or MS in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Strong academic performance and demonstrated interest in supply chain or analytics-focused roles.
Preferred:
- Practical experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Planning through internships, co-ops, or full-time roles.
- Demonstrated understanding of core supply chain concepts such as forecasting, inventory management, MRP, and scheduling.
