About You
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Financial Services, Investment Technology, or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) in a technology or client-facing role.
- Familiarity with Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar fields.
- Technology troubleshooting skills and interest in technology and software support.
- Ability to learn new processes, products, and support tools quickly.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Understanding of financial markets and related processes.
- Experience collaborating with Software Development teams for Product Supportability, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
- Experience training employees on a growing team.
- Understanding of project management best practices.
