As an Assoc Tech Business Analyst-EDI Claims, you will support all functions related to standard EDI X12 Inbound/Outbound Claim transactions (837, 835). You will perform review, build, and update technical mapping documentation, partner with developers, and conduct testing for maintenance and medium-scale projects. You will also facilitate meetings, communicate roadblocks, and serve as a department lead for projects.

About You

Required:

Experience working with an integrated business system that handles claims processing, membership, billing, network, clinical, customer service, and product processes.
Ability to lead meetings and give presentations to both management and staff.
Ability to analyze problems and issues, determine impact, and develop business solutions for system changes.
Knowledge of ANSI Standards as they relate to HIPAA legislation.

Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree in business administration, health planning and administration, information systems, or computer science.
Experience working with application configuration of systems.
