About the Role
As an Associate Vice President, Wealth Advisor, you will orchestrate targeted outreach to high-net-worth prospects, lead comprehensive discovery sessions to uncover clients' financial objectives, and proactively identify emerging market opportunities. You will work alongside experienced advisors to develop sophisticated strategies and utilize Farther's technology platform to enhance client experiences.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of proven success in financial services sales, with specific experience advising stock market investors.
- Current Investment Adviser Representative designation, Series 65.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding client acquisition targets.
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities and consultative selling approach.
- Comprehensive understanding of investment vehicles, strategies, and market dynamics.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- MBA, CFP, or other prestigious financial certifications.
- Established and transferable book of business.
- Proven track record working with high-net-worth individuals ($1M+ investable assets).
- Experience in fintech or digital-first wealth management environments.
- Data-driven approach to prospecting and client relationship management.
