About the Role
As an Asylum Services Navigator, you will conduct comprehensive intake interviews, determine eligibility for program services, provide information and resource navigation, assist clients in accessing essential services, and conduct emergency triage and assessments. You will also collect and maintain accurate client data and contribute to program reports and evaluations.
About You
Required:
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in case management, social services, or a related role working directly with asylum seekers or other vulnerable populations.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Lived experience as an asylee, refugee, or immigrant.
- Experience with data entry, collection, and virtual case management.
- Knowledge of the U.S. asylum system and relevant legal resources.
