As an Athlete Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding eligible athletes, managing verification workflows, providing ongoing account support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance athlete engagement. You will also host athletes, monitor performance, and advocate for their needs within the organization.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in the athletes and content ecosystem, preferably in the sports industry.
- Strong track record of cross-team collaboration and impact.
- Exceptional athlete/partner management capabilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Preferred:
- Exemplary interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Experience in a cross-functional environment as a consensus builder.
- MS/MA/MBA considered a plus.
