About the Role
As an Athletic Trainer, you will be responsible for evaluating, treating, preventing, and rehabilitating injuries for athletes at various levels. You will provide emergency medical services, manage injury prevention programs, communicate with coaches and parents about athlete status, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Additionally, you may be required to travel for patient care and participate in continuing education.
About You
Required:
- NATA BOC Certified – National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification.
- Current Athletic Trainer license in the state of practice.
- Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training.
- English language proficiency.
Preferred:
- BLS Basic Life Support certification (preferred upon hire, required within 30 days).
- Master's degree in Athletic Training.
- 2 years of experience in an equivalent setting.
- Experience with EPIC Electronic Health Record or equivalent EMR.
