About You
Required:
- Doctorate Medicine (MD) or Osteopathic Medicine (DO) required.
- Medical License in Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and any states practicing in upon hire.
- Board Certification in Medical Sub/Specialty within 36 months.
- DEA License upon hire.
Preferred:
- Clinical Decision Support (CDS) certification as applicable based on site of practice upon hire.
