About the Role
As an Attorney specializing in Community Association Law, you will be responsible for offering comprehensive legal advice and representation to community associations, handling governance, compliance, dispute resolution, contract negotiation, and risk management. You will also represent clients in real estate transactions, draft and negotiate legal documents, stay updated on relevant laws, attend community meetings, and litigate cases when necessary.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience practicing community association law and real estate law.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes effectively.
- Proficient in legal research and writing.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated ability to handle a high caseload and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service to clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
