About the Role
As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in personal injury cases, conducting depositions, and managing civil jury trials. You will draft pleadings, prepare and respond to written discovery, and handle motions practice while ensuring compliance with Colorado Rules of Civil Procedures.
About You
Required:
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Colorado.
- 5 years experience in personal injury civil litigation.
- Civil jury trial experience.
- Experience as first chaired.
- Well versed in Colorado Rules of Civil Procedures, with experience in civil discovery and motions practice.
Preferred:
- Strong knowledge in Personal Injury and Depositions.
