As an Attorney, you will represent clients in various insurance defense matters, including general liability, premises liability, automobile claims, and slip and fall cases. Your responsibilities will include managing files from inception through trial or settlement, drafting pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and legal memoranda, conducting depositions, attending court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations, and collaborating with partners and clients to develop effective litigation strategies.

About You

Required:

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
At least one year of insurance defense litigation experience.
Strong legal research, writing, and case management skills.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
