About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
- Experience in employment law, administrative law, and litigation.
Preferred:
- Experience with occupational safety and health law.
- Strong writing skills demonstrated through legal briefs or similar documents.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
