About the Role
As an Attorney specializing in Labor & Employment, you will be responsible for conducting thorough legal research, assisting with discovery processes, preparing legal briefs, and managing various aspects of employment-related litigation. You will work closely with partner-level attorneys and participate in pretrial, trial, and post-trial proceedings.
About You
Required:
- 2-4 years of experience in employment-related litigation and client counseling.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the Michigan State Bar, or eligible to promptly become admitted.
Preferred:
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Experience in managing discovery and taking/defending depositions.
- Proficient in online legal research services, including Westlaw.
- Experience in traditional labor matters.
