About the Role
As an Attorney Litigation, you will handle a caseload of approximately 35-40 files, supported by a dedicated staff of two experienced employees. Your responsibilities will include managing litigation cases in areas such as auto accidents, medical malpractice, and negligent security. You will not be required to market cases, and you will receive a guaranteed six-figure salary along with a contractually binding percentage of settlements or verdicts. The firm provides a structured environment with policies to facilitate efficient case management, allowing you to focus solely on litigation.
About You
Required:
- Good Standing with the Florida Bar
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience on Plaintiff's side with significant trial experience in personal injury cases.
Preferred:
- Experience in Florida Law
- Mid-level proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Experience with Case Management System - FileVine.
