About the Role
As an Attorney Recruiting Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating interviews for entry-level associates, summer associates, and lateral attorneys. You will assist in planning the Summer Associate Program, maintain the recruiting candidate database, provide organizational support for law student recruiting initiatives, track candidate evaluations, and offer administrative support for meetings and interviews.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar or corporate environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and recruiting candidate databases.
- Strong verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidentiality, diplomacy, and responsiveness.
