About the Role
As an Attorney Recruiting Assistant, you will assist in planning the summer associate program, coordinate law student recruiting efforts, and support the hiring of judicial clerks and associates. Your responsibilities will include scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant files, and preparing reports. You will work closely with the attorney recruiting team and engage with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
About You
Required:
- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior attorney recruiting experience in a law firm, professional services, or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Knowledge of recruitment principles and concepts in a professional services or law firm environment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to detail.
- Excellent organization and communication skills, both oral and written.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of the viDesktop platform.
- Understanding of current regulations associated with a lawful recruiting process.
- Ability to demonstrate strategic focus and exceptional judgment.
Benefits
- Anticipated base salary of $52k–$58k.
- Eligibility for overtime as a nonexempt position.
