About You
- Bachelor’s degree and equivalent combination of advanced education and experience, including 8 years in IT software engineering, 5 years in relevant business experience, 5 years in project management, and at least 2 years of management experience.
- Broad knowledge of technology trends, regulatory requirements, and IT strategies.
- Strong executive-level communication skills, including negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead complex projects with enterprise-wide implications and manage multiple teams against financial and operational objectives.
- Experience in banking or financial services.
- Experience managing production support teams and ensuring system stability.
- Full understanding of Agile and iterative/waterfall software development methodologies.
- Ability to provide 24x7 support coverage.
