About the Role
As an Audiologist at Hackensack Meridian Health, you will gather information to evaluate patients' needs, formulate recommendations for therapy, dispense hearing aids, document daily notes, adhere to newborn hearing program requirements, develop discharge plans, educate patients and caregivers, and ensure safety and proper use of therapeutic equipment.
About You
Required:
- A Master's Degree from an accredited institution in Audiology.
- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills that include Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
Preferred:
- A Doctoral Degree from an accredited institution in Audiology.
- Clinical Competence Certificate.
- AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification.
- Hearing Aid Dispensing License, or eligible to obtain.
