About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Active CPA license.
- 5+ years of public accounting experience or its equivalent.
- Experience working with complex employee benefit plans and labor unions.
- Possess technical knowledge sufficient to supervise Senior Associates and Associates.
- Master’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop staff.
- Strong relationship management and practice development skills.
- Ability to attract and service new clients and expand services to existing clients.
