About the Role
As an Audit & Assurance Partner, you will lead the Audit & Assurance practice, develop growth strategies, provide client advisory services, ensure operational excellence, and mentor the A&A team. You will work closely with other partners to integrate solutions across various divisions and represent the firm in the business community.
About You
Required:
- Active CPA (California) required.
- 15+ years of progressive public accounting experience with 5+ years at the Partner or Director level.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with CCH Engagement, Knowledge Coach, and AI-enabled tools.
