About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in GAAP, tax, and financials.
- Proven audit experience and ability to manage internal controls.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare financial reports.
Preferred:
- Master's degree or CPA certification.
- Excellent communication skills to explain financial terms simply.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify financial discrepancies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills.
