Summary
Serco is seeking an Audit Support Coordinator to join their team in Washington, D.C. The role involves providing administrative support for audits related to submarine safety and quality assurance.
About the Role
As an Audit Support Coordinator, you will manage pre-audit correspondence, facilitate audit logistics, support the audit team during audits, and provide post-audit support including record management and report distribution. You will also facilitate working group meetings and collect data for self-assessments, all while working under general supervision.
About You
Required:
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance
- US Citizenship
- 2 years of experience in operations, research analysis, financial/cost analysis, or a relevant field
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field
- Experience in the Navy, specifically within Team Submarine
- An Associate's Degree and 2 additional years of experience or a High School Diploma/GED and 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
