Summary
GOAT Group is seeking an Authentication Admin to join their Authentication Operations team in Easton, PA. The role involves supporting authentication coordination and improving process success within the facility.
About the Role
As an Authentication Admin, you will collaborate with regional Auth Trainers, confirm verdicts for high-touch authentication situations, support daily fulfillment and operational processes, and maintain excellent adherence to product verification processes. You will also facilitate communication between Training, Ops Leadership, and Authenticators, and assist in training coordination and root cause analysis for authentication challenges.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in authentication.
- Strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of the current authentication and operations landscape.
- Independently motivated, honest, and authentic.
- Strong sense of user empathy and a desire to prevent fraud.
