About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you will work full-time (30 hours guaranteed, with the possibility of up to 40 hours) providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment. Your responsibilities will include implementing treatment plans, collecting data on client progress, and participating in ongoing training and professional development. You will be part of a supportive team focused on making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with autism.
About You
Required:
- At least 6 months of paid work experience with individuals with special needs.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Availability M-F between 8:00-6:00 p.m. for 8-hour shifts.
- Ability to pass required background checks or other tests.
