Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Estimator to join their team in Santa Clarita, CA. The role involves providing exceptional customer service while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs for customers.
About the Role
As an Auto Body Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, creating detailed estimates, and ensuring effective communication with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving the repair facility's KPIs.
About You
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1-year experience in compliance for DRP's.
Basic computer skills.
Valid Driver's License.
Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
Preferred:
Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
