About the Role
As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for disassembling, repairing, and reassembling vehicles while ensuring adherence to the company's quality and speed standards. Your daily tasks will include planning repair work, preparing cost estimates, using various tools for repairs, realigning car chassis, replacing damaged sections, and ensuring all work is executed correctly by inspecting vehicles post-repair.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
- Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision.
- Thorough understanding of methods and procedures to repair vehicle bodies.
Preferred:
- Experience working in an auto body shop.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other repairers.
