Summary
Trillion Technology Solutions, Inc is seeking an Automated Tester to join their team in Ashburn, VA. The role involves supporting Agile development and operations for critical systems in a mission-critical program for the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agency.
About the Role
As an Automated Tester, you will work collaboratively to architect, design, build, deliver, and enhance highly available, scalable, real-time systems. Your responsibilities will include providing technical guidance, translating functional requirements into test cases, maintaining test environments, developing automated tests, performing regression testing, and preparing test reports. You will also support the software configuration management process and assist in customer demonstrations and user acceptance testing activities.
About You
Required:
- BS/BA degree
- 3-8 years of experience
- US Citizenship REQUIRED
- Must be able to maintain and obtain a CBP Background Investigation prior to start
- 2+ years of experience in JAVA, JSF, JavaScript, or Spring
- Minimum 2 years of experience in at least 2 of the following: React, Angular, Redux, HTML, CSS, JSX, Bootstrap, ES6, JWT, JSON, Babel, Webpack, Axios, NPM, Node
- Experienced with Selenium and Gherkin
- Proficient in JAVA and JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Thorough understanding of React and Angular and its core principles
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs
- Expertise with Axios framework to work with REST services
- Hands-on experience with HTML/CSS/Bootstrap
- Hands-on experience of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT)
Preferred:
- Advanced degree is desirable
- Active CBP BI
- Experience with CBP
- Knowledge of JUnit
- Experience on AWS, CI/CD, SecDevOps is a plus
- Experience with Splunk and setting up Splunk dashboards
