About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree or 7+ years related IT work experience.
- General understanding of Agentic AI and orchestration in the healthcare industry.
- 5+ years experience with RPA, UiPath or major platforms (i.e. Epic, ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce etc).
- 5+ years experience documenting requirements and workflows.
- Excellent documentation and professional tools experience such as Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively understand and explain new business processes to stakeholders and users.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and provide feedback.
- Analytical, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
- UiPath Certification - UiPath Certified Professional, Automation Business Analyst Professional.
- Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodology experience.
- Experience in Agentic AI or any AI platforms such as OpenAI, Microsoft Azure AI, Amazon Bedrock or Hugging Face.
- General knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Deep understanding of RPA specifically UiPath development methodologies.
