About the Role
As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for the administration and management of automation systems, including installation, maintenance, validation, and retirement of systems. You will work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure the integrity and performance of automation systems, develop validation protocols, and support compliance with regulatory requirements.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in automation systems operation and validation principles for computerized biologics production systems.
- Proven experience as an IT Automation Engineer or similar role.
- Direct knowledge of biologics process equipment and SCADA/control systems.
Preferred:
- Expertise in IT Networking and industrial automation systems such as Rockwell Automation and DeltaV.
- Knowledge of domestic/international regulatory guidelines for validation of computerized equipment.
- Proficient in electronic systems including Microsoft Office and specialized software like SAP and Maximo.
