About the Role
As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for managing all phases of secondary equipment to ensure successful new program launches. Your tasks will include improving equipment and assembly processes, implementing error-proofing systems, investigating quality issues, providing training, and maintaining testing systems. You will also assist in launching new programs and creating effective preventive maintenance plans.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in equipment management and process improvement.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with error-proofing techniques (poka-yoke).
- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes.
