About You
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Engineering (Mechanical, Structural, Civil, or related field).
- Foundational understanding of structural or mechanical design principles.
- Exposure to CAD software (AutoCAD preferred).
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced engineering environment.
- Coursework, projects, or internships involving structural or steel design.
- Familiarity with analysis tools such as STAAD Pro or similar software.
- Understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Interest in conveyor or industrial automation systems.
- Strong attention to detail and desire to continuously improve.
