About the Role
As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for technical leadership in software and control systems, translating complex connectivity challenges into efficient solutions. Your duties will include programming PLC and HMI software platforms, troubleshooting various systems, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also provide technical support and training to other departments, and may require travel for vendor support.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 5-10 years related experience and/or training.
- Advanced Computer Skills: Ability to perform complex computer tasks and operate various computer programs.
- Very High Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Preferred:
- Ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction.
- Ability to display original thinking and creativity.
- Ability to set and achieve challenging goals.
