About the Role
As an Automation Process Engineer, you will design, implement, and optimize automated equipment and systems to enhance efficiency and quality in wire product processing. You will analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, maintain and upgrade automation equipment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new solutions. Your focus will be on aligning automation systems with company standards and industry regulations while driving continuous improvement.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 5–10+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
- 3+ years of experience in automation engineering, with a focus on wire processing.
- Strong knowledge in wire processing equipment and techniques.
- Hands-on experience with automation technologies, robotics, PLCs, or related systems.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree or technical certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt).
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Standard Work, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
- Demonstrated career ambition with a track record of growth and increasing responsibility.
