About the Role
As an Automation System Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring safety compliance, monitoring system performance, scheduling orders, troubleshooting system stoppages, and communicating with software engineers. You will also operate the system via a custom GUI, plan daily activities, maintain logs, and assist in training other operators.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years in a computer or automation environment.
- Ability to direct and guide employees in daily standard work.
- Effective detail-oriented communicator.
- Must be literate, written and verbal, in English Language.
Preferred:
- A desire to learn new equipment and assist team members as needed.
- Ability to multi-task and perform multiple job functions at once.
- A high sense of urgency.
