- Prior experience in automotive manufacturing, repair, restoration, or assembly.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to perform manual labor and work in a team environment.
- Technical or vocational training in auto body or refinishing.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn to use an iPad.
