About the Role
As an Automotive Assistant Manager, you will collaborate with the Store Manager on operations, assist in hiring and training employees, support technicians in a productive sales environment, and perform automotive technician duties when needed. You will also attend meetings to maintain knowledge of tools and repairs while being part of a team dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2+ years of automotive and sales experience.
- Valid Driver License.
- Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods, and lift 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills and basic algebra skills.
Preferred:
- Automotive State Inspector License.
- ASE Automotive Certifications.
- Proven Automotive or Automotive Quick Lube sales experience.
- Leadership experience.
