About the Role
As an Automotive Dealer Engagement and Market Intelligence Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a data sourcing strategy for the USA automotive market, identifying opportunities to gather automotive incentives data, and developing effective relationships with dealer organizations. You will also provide market knowledge and work with internal teams to translate customer needs into valuable solutions.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience working in an automotive franchise network environment, preferably with Sales / Business Development experience in the USA market.
- Thorough understanding of automotive dealer operations, automotive campaigns, and commercial strategies within the U.S. market.
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with the ability to present and analyze data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred:
- Strong knowledge of the automotive retail ecosystem and familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
- A master’s degree or equivalent qualification.
