About the Role
As an Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager, you will be responsible for processing financing and leasing deals, training the sales team on finance programs, and developing a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize profitability. You will also ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines and support the sales department in achieving its goals.
About You
Required:
- 2 years of automotive sales experience required.
- 1 year of experience in a dealership F&I management position required.
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Clean driving record & valid driver's license.
Preferred:
- College degree in finance or equivalent preferred.
- Prior automotive experience preferred.
- Self-motivation and ability to work extended hours, evenings, and some weekends.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
