About the Role
As the Automotive General Sales Manager, you will coach the sales team on closing techniques, lead showroom activities, ensure high customer satisfaction, and manage the performance of various sales teams. You will conduct training meetings, mentor sales representatives, and implement a CRM system for follow-ups. Additionally, you will establish delivery procedures and achieve sales goals for the dealership.
About You
Required:
Minimum five years of General Sales Manager experience with responsibility for the entire variable operation of a successful dealership.
Proven history of building and training a sales team with strong customer satisfaction scores.
Preferred:
Strong background in building showroom and internet traffic, SEO and SEM.
Experience in Used Vehicle purchasing, merchandising, and marketing.
