Key responsibilities include responding to internet leads, managing online lead sources, monitoring sales performance, setting sales goals, ensuring follow-up with customers, coordinating with sales managers, and maintaining CRM records.
About You
Required:- Previous experience in automotive internet sales or BDC leadership.
- Experience using CDK DMS and Elead CRM is required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage high lead volume and maintain strong response times.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven dealership environment.
