About You
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of car rental and/or dealership CPO experience.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Experience managing customer-facing operations, budgets, and P&L.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to coach and develop teams.
- Working knowledge of sales, inventory, and performance reporting systems.
