About You
- 5+ years of Controller experience within automotive retail.
- Deep understanding of dealership financial statements and balance sheet schedules.
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with operational leaders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Multi-store dealership accounting experience.
- Experience with dealership management systems such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Tekion, or similar.
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, and VLOOKUP.
