About the Role
As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will greet and guide customers, conduct vehicle demonstrations, provide information on vehicle features and financing options, negotiate deals, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also maintain knowledge of inventory and industry trends.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Preferred:
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive sales.
- Some college coursework.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
