Serra Traverse City is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join their team in Traverse City, MI. The role involves selling and leasing new and used vehicles while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting dealership standards.
About the Role
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and leasing a minimum of 10 vehicles per month, assisting customers in selecting vehicles, writing sales orders, and processing paperwork. You will also maintain customer follow-up systems, conduct business ethically, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
