About the Role
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building a clientele for life through consultative selling skills. Your daily tasks will include assisting customers in selecting vehicles, performing professional demonstrations, following up with buyers, and reporting to the Sales Manager. You will need to embody the Subaru H.E.A.R.T. Pillars and maintain a positive attitude while learning about new products and technologies.
About You
Required:
- Excellent people skills and a willingness to learn the product.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
Preferred:
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit.
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.
