About the Role
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will provide exceptional customer service and sales assistance, achieve sales goals, follow up on leads, negotiate prices, maintain knowledge of auto inventory, deliver vehicles, and create lasting relationships with customers. You will also assist with leasing and financing options and introduce customers to service department personnel.
About You
Required:
- At least 2 years prior automotive sales experience.
- Proven track record of sales ability from previous employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid state driver's license.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with the Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Social Media.
Preferred:
- Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
- Strong, positive work ethic and interest in a long-term position.
