About the Role

As the Automotive Sales Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating the activities of the New- and Used-vehicle Sales Departments. Your duties will include making monthly projections of vehicle requirements, determining sales forecasts, conducting sales meetings, providing training for salespeople, and ensuring customer satisfaction through adherence to factory standards.

About You

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of automotive sales experience.
One year in a dealership management position.
Excellent communication and managerial skills.
Must be legally and technically able to operate company and customer-owned vehicles.

Preferred:

Experience in forecasting sales and managing a sales team.
Ability to implement effective sales strategies and training programs.
