About the Role
As an Automotive Sales Manager, you will manage the activities of the sales staff to ensure sales goals are met, train and develop the sales team on best practices, maintain customer satisfaction, manage daily sales activities, track sales efforts, and ensure compliance with regulations. Proficiency with CRM and DMS is required.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Clean driving record & valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- F & I Experience.
