About the Role
As the New Vehicle Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading the sales team, sourcing and appraising inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve departmental goals.
About You
Required:
- Proven track record of success as an Automotive Sales Manager or in a similar sales management role.
- Minimum of three years of experience in automotive sales and acquisitions, preferably with the Ford brand.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Expert knowledge of vehicle sales, dealership operations, and automotive financing.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software and inventory management tools.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
